Rural Health Group Pediatrics will hold a Back To School Carnival Bash on Thursday August 17th.  Patients and staff are welcome to join us for vendors, food trucks, and community resources.

National Health Center Week (August 6 – 12, 2023) is an annual celebration with the goal of raising awareness about the mission and accomplishments of America’s community health centers over the past five decades.

RHG will be hosting our 2nd Annual Fun Run 5K as a part of National Health Center Week on August 12, 2023. Please save the date and we hope to see you there!

Save the date!  RHG is hosting its 4th Annual Women’s Health and Wellness Day on October 25th.

Wayne Tamberelli, PA-C retired from Rural Health Group on April 27, 2023.  

Rural Health Group Family and Women’s Health will be hosting twice monthly breastfeeding classes beginning June 8th. These classes are open to anyone (not just RHG patients).

CCME Program Graduates CONGRATULATIONS Rashetia Barnette (Stovall), Destiny Pratt (Roanoke Rapids), and Ashanda Brown (Norlina) on being the first graduates of our new CLINICAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to CERTIFIED CLINICAL MEDICAL ASSISTANT program!! These employees have successfully completed an intense one-year program that included didactic/classroom training, on-the-job clinical practice, periodic skills check offs, and study sessions.
