New Director of Case Management Named

Please join us in congratulating Monique Harvey on her promotion to Director of Case Management. Monique graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Halifax Community College in 2005. She earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Justice Studies in 2006 and a BA in Psychology in 2007 from North Carolina Wesleyan College. In 2015 she earned a Master’s in Management and Leadership (MSML) from Montreat College. In 2022, she graduated with a second Master’s Degree in Mental Health from Montreat College. Before joining the RHG team, she worked as a Community Support Specialist for 8 years assisting individuals with developmental and intellectual limitations. She also served as a Child Protective Services investigator for Halifax County Department of Social Services for 10 years. She began her employment with Rural Health Group in 2017 as a Case Manager. She held the roles of Breast and Cervical Canter Control Program Coordinator, Community Health Worker, and Community Health Worker Supervisor before being promoted to Director of Case Management in November of 2023. Monique has been married for 13 years and has one daughter. She enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with my family. She is originally from Enfield, NC, but has lived in Roanoke Rapids, NC since 1998. Congratulations, Monique!
