Ronald Hughes, MD

Dr. Ronald (Ron) Hughes is a Family Physician who has been practicing in Whitakers since 1981. Since merging his practice with Rural Health Group in 2009 he has assumed the responsibility of Clinical Director for the entire organization. This involves overseeing the other 25+ medical providers and working with them to uphold the highest quality standards. Dr. Hughes has lived in Whitakers for the past 33 years where he and his wife raised their 3 sons. He is now the proud grandfather of 7, including a set of 4 year old triplets.
