Please join us in congratulating Shantae Williams, LPN on her promotion to RHG Training Coordinator. Shantae is from Lawrenceville, VA and has worked in the nursing field for 19 years. She became a CNA in 2005, a LPN in 2011, and is currently enrolled in school to pursue her RN degree. She joined the RHG team in 2013. Here is what she has to say about working at Rural Health Group: “My time at Rural Health Group has been nothing less than amazing full of growth and professional development. I started as a clinical assistant working on the floor and quickly transitioned to practice manager of Norlina for 7 years; I worked with the quality improvement department, and was practice manager for Henderson and Stovall. I am now Training Coordinator for the organization. I am overly excited and passionate about my new role because I love to train and see people grow. I am honored to be given the Training Coordinator role, excited and ready to embark on this new journey.” Congratulations, Shantae!
